SkillBridge needed to roll out mandatory compliance training to 3,200 employees across 14 locations in 4 countries. Their previous LMS had a 34% completion rate, poor mobile experience, and no HRIS or SSO integration. Compliance audits were a recurring problem.

Block Logic evaluated 7 LMS platforms, selected Cornerstone OnDemand, and handled full configuration, integration, and deployment. We built HRIS integration, SSO via SAML 2.0, mobile-first course redesigns with gamification, automated manager dashboards, and compliance deadline reminders. Change management training was delivered to all 14 location managers.

Course completion jumped from 34% to 91% — a 78% improvement. The company passed its next compliance audit with zero findings. HR reporting time dropped from 2 days to 15 minutes per month.
